PASTOR MOHAMED SAMUEL KAMARA

Party Leader

To the glory of God, I am Pastor Mohamed Samuel Kamara, a servant of the Most High, an ordained Pastor and Prophet. As a young boy, I was popularly known as Alhaji. Today, by the grace of God, I stand as a vessel of His power, purpose, and divine assignment. I am the son of Mr. Mohamed Bandabla Kamara, a retired Chief Inspector of the Sierra Leone Police Force from Kailahun District, and Mrs. Cecilia Kamara, a trained Maternal and Child Health Aide from Bo District, Sierra Leone. I was born in Kenema, raised and educated in Bo, and spent much of my childhood in the police barracks. There was a common saying then: “police pikin nor dey bette”—a policeman’s child never prospers. I rejected that narrative. I chose not to be a product of circumstance, but a product of purpose, discipline, and divine destiny. With God, I rewrote that story. Early Faith and Covenant with God As a pupil at Saint Francis Primary School, I entered into a covenant with God. I asked Him for wisdom to excel academically, and in return, I vowed to serve Him all my life and to build Him a house where He would be praised. That covenant shaped the course of my destiny. After completing high school, I resolved to serve God—though not as a pastor, as I viewed pastoral ministry as a life of great sacrifice. Nevertheless, I remained deeply active in ministry and service. The Call to Ministry Through a scholarship, I continued my studies in Ghana, where my spiritual encounters began. God started revealing things to me about people, and repeatedly I encountered a figure clothed in blinding light calling me to “Serve God.” These encounters unsettled me; my faith was still growing, and I had no desire to become a pastor. I sought counsel from my mother and my spiritual father, Reverend Johnson, who both urged me to obey God’s call. I resisted, choosing instead to serve quietly. During this time, I founded an orphanage, advocating for orphans, disadvantaged children, youth in conflict with the law, and victims of abuse. Then my life was shaken. A vehicle accident claimed one life and injured several others—yet I emerged unhurt. Broken and humbled, I surrendered fully to God. In prayer, He gave me Matthew 6:33: “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” From that moment, obedience replaced fear. Ministry and Family By divine instruction, I founded Testimony Arena International Ministries, where I serve as Executive President and Founder. Through this ministry, we have witnessed countless testimonies of healing, deliverance, transformation, and revival. I fulfilled my covenant by building the house I promised God and continued my work among vulnerable children. Despite many trials, God blessed me with a loving wife and three wonderful children. Through every season, He has remained faithful. The Call to National Leadership In 2012, I dreamt that I had won an election. Though encouraged to pursue politics, I declined, believing politics to be corrupt and divisive. That dream remained dormant until a recent divine encounter. While praying for direction, I heard a still, small voice say: “My son, I have called you for such a time as this. The youth of this nation are crying for a shepherd, not a politician.” When I questioned my worthiness, God reminded me of David, Moses, and Esther—ordinary people chosen to liberate nations. He made it clear: I was not being sent for myself, but for a forgotten generation—students studying by candlelight, graduates without jobs, and youth yearning to dream again. The Liberator and the Birth of LPP In November 2024, while driving past State House, God spoke again from Isaiah 61, calling me “The Liberator.” He declared: “You are not a politician; you are a liberator.” He gave me the name Liberation Peoples Party (LPP), its symbol, and the mandate to begin registration—now nearing completion. Since then, we have carried the message of Liberty For All across the sixteen districts of Sierra Leone. Declaration Today, I declare openly and without fear: In 2028, by the grace of God, I will run for the Presidency of Sierra Leone— not for power or fame, but for the liberation of our youth, the restoration of hope, and the transformation of our nation under the guidance of Almighty God. I am The Liberator. PASTOR MOHAMED SAMUEL KAMARA Executive President & Founder, Testimony Arena International Ministries Leader & Founder, Liberation Peoples Party (LPP) Liberty For All
